Assignment and test scores, report-period averages with basic weighting, comments, generated PDF report cards, portal delivery, and honor-roll lists. A strong fit for chadorim, preschools, and smaller schools with straightforward grading.

Standards-based grading, GPA scales and class rank, transcript generation for high school records, or complex weighting schemes. For mesivtas and high schools that need real transcripts, we recommend — honestly — pairing 613OS with a dedicated SIS like Gradelink or QuickSchools. Keep their gradebook; replace everything else.

Preschools through elementary grades, and mesivtas that keep limudei kodesh evaluations simple. High schools that issue transcripts should keep a dedicated SIS for academics — we say this plainly because honest scoping beats overselling.
