Can each family have a different tuition arrangement?
Yes. Every family can have its own amounts, schedule, discounts, and confidential arrangements in 613OS. Sibling discounts, reduced tuition set by the hanhala, and mid-year adjustments are all supported — the system was designed around the reality that no two tuition agreements in a yeshiva look alike.
What happens when a tuition payment fails?
The card is retried automatically, and if it still fails the family receives a polite, dignified message with a self-service link to update their payment method. Repeated failures escalate to a sequence you control, so the office only gets involved when automation has been exhausted.
Does tuition collection work with ACH bank transfers?
Yes. Families can pay by ACH bank debit, credit card, or debit card. ACH costs the school significantly less per transaction, and 613OS can present it as the default option to steer families toward the lowest-cost method.
Can parents see their balance and payment history?
Yes. The family portal shows each family's balance, payment history, upcoming charges, and receipts, and lets them update payment methods themselves — which eliminates most billing phone calls to the school office.
