613OS Payments

What each payment costs

Bank payments (ACH)$1 flat per payment, any amount. Never surcharged to the family.
Card payments2.9% + 30¢ per payment, one rate across card brands. Where a school chooses to let families cover the card cost, it applies to credit cards only, is shown before the family confirms, and is itemized on the receipt as a surcharge.
Returned payments$25 when a bank payment is returned unpaid, assessed with an emailed notice and shown on the family's invoice.
The software credit

Office and Pro, credited back

Plans are priced at 613os.com/pricing. Process with 613OS Payments and your plan fee is credited back for as long as 613OS Payments is your processor of record — meaning every tuition, dues and donation payment taken through the platform runs on the merchant account provided through 613OS Payments. Card and ACH processing fees above still apply.

If you process tuition, dues or donations through another processor for 30 consecutive days, or tell us you are changing processors, we give you 30 days' notice. After that the credit ends and your plan continues at list price unless you cancel or export your data. Each institution signs its own merchant application; 613OS never holds your funds.

Set by your institution, not by 613OS

Technology feeAn optional line a school or shul may add to a family's first invoice of the year, under its own enrollment or membership agreement. It applies whatever the payment method and is never added to a donation. 613OS does not bill families.
Additional staff usersOffice includes 5 staff users and Pro includes 10; more are $15 per user per month.
Messaging and AIEmail is included; texting and WhatsApp are priced per message after carrier approval — we confirm your allowance at onboarding.
