The best school software. Built in 2026, not 1996.

Tuition management like FACTS — plan fee credited back when you process with 613OS Payments. Tuition plans, a parent bill-pay portal and receipts under your school's name, then admissions, financial aid, Give/Get, the dinner and an AI assistant that follows up the payment, fills the seat and answers the phone at 11pm — without anyone remembering to.

The problems we built for

Three things every day school office knows by heart.

01 · The tuition spreadsheetEvery family's arrangement is different — 10 months, 12 months, by zman, split parents, a quiet reduction from the hanhala. The spreadsheet holds it all, one person understands it, and the bank deposits get reconciled by hand every month.
02 · The March black holePrinting contracts, stuffing envelopes, tracking returns, calling stragglers. Re-enrollment eats the office for six weeks — and the budget, staffing and class lists wait until the last family signs.
03 · The dinner carries the budgetTable requests by phone and hallway, journal ads chased by a committee member with a binder, and half the pledged tables paid weeks after the soup. The biggest night of the year, run on a spreadsheet that's out of date before it's finished.
What 613OS actually is

Your other software is a system of record. 613OS is a growth engine.

Everything else stores what already happened and waits for a human. 613OS goes and does the work — collecting, following up, filling, answering — on every family and donor you have, all day, whether or not anyone remembered.

What you have now

FACTS · Gradelink · spreadsheets · the inbox
Stores the tuition plan and waits for someone to log in
Processes the payment after your office already called the parent
Shows you last month's collections report
Every re-enrollment reminder depends on a person remembering
An open seat in after-school stays open until someone notices
The aid family who quietly stopped paying is found in May — maybe

With 613OS

Running in the background, every day, on its own
Recovers a failed tuition payment on its own — day 0, day 3, then a call task. Most are fixed before the office even hears about it.
Answers a new inquiry in seconds, offers the tour, and keeps following up until they enroll or say no.
Sends every family a pre-filled re-enrollment contract in one click. March stops being a black hole.
Fills an open after-school seat from the waitlist within the hour — first come, 24 hours to claim it.
Reminds the aid family about the missing document, not the missing money — a checklist reminder, privately, until the file is complete.
Runs the entire dinner — tiered tickets, journal ads, sponsorships, seating — sold and collected before event night.
Answers the phone, web chat and WhatsApp at 11pm, books tours, takes messages, routes the urgent ones to a human.
Asks the happy family for the review that brings you the next one.

The spreadsheet records what happened. 613OS collects, follows up and fills — so an office of two can run a school of 250 families without working nights.

The five pillars
PaymentsTuition by card, ACH and autopay on your own merchant account — $1 flat per bank payment, and the school keeps every dollar.
AutomationInvoices, receipts, past-due follow-ups and re-enrollment reminders sent the same minute — before anything reaches the office as a task.
AI assistantOne sentence sends 24 personalized trip forms or follows up every past-due family — always asking first. Hours back, every week.
CRMEvery family, student, tuition plan, aid award, pledge and dinner ticket in one record — the business office and the development office finally look at the same person.
Full marketing suiteEmail, SMS, WhatsApp, landing pages and the open-house campaign — from the same place as the tuition ledger.

Tuition & plans

Tuition that collects itself

Set up each family's plan once. 613OS invoices on schedule, follows up politely and automatically, and shows the business office every balance in real time.

Polite, persistent follow-upA past-due sequence follows up by email on the schedule you set before anything reaches the office as a task. Late fees are never added automatically; the office reviews first.

Financial aid & tuition appeals

Aid applications with dignity built in

Tuition assistance is a fact of life in Jewish education. 613OS keeps the process private and paperless — for the families applying and the committee reviewing.

Re-enrollment

Six weeks of re-enrollment, launched in one click.

Every spring the office loses a month to contracts, reminders and signatures. 613OS turns the whole cycle into one campaign you launch with a single click — and only the stuck cases reach a person.

Live completion dashboardWho's signed, who's pending, who's negotiating tuition — by grade, by day. The budget, staffing and class lists stop waiting on the last family.
At-risk early warningFamilies with payment trouble or disengagement surface early, so the head of school can step in with care — not surprise in August.
Give/Get & scrip

The giving obligation, tracked without the awkward call

Many yeshivas ask each family to give or raise a set amount each year. In 613OS that commitment lives on the family's record — and scrip lets families meet it while they're grocery shopping.

Give/Get on the family recordThe school sets the standard amount (and a lower amount for families with vouchers, if it wants). Gifts and qualifying event purchases — a dinner ticket, a journal ad — count toward it automatically, and the family sees where they stand on every statement. Any shortfall is billed at year end.
Off by default, your rulesThe school switches Give/Get on, chooses what counts and what doesn't, and the receipt wording keeps a family's own gifts separate from the obligation — wording our tax advisor signed off in October 2026.
Scrip: fundraising your families do at the grocery storeFamilies order physical or e-gift cards for the stores they already shop at through your branded portal — no paper forms, no envelope cash, no volunteer with a cash box. A retailer rebate flows to the school on every order and is tracked automatically.
Recurring orders that count toward Give/GetA family sets its monthly grocery-card order once. Your policy decides whether scrip earnings credit against the family's Give/Get or fundraising obligation, and the system tracks per-family totals either way.
Dinner & journal

The annual dinner, minus the spreadsheet

The dinner often carries the budget, so it is built in: tiered tickets, sponsor tiers, journal ads by size and the artwork deadline — sold and paid before event night, every purchase on the donor's record next to their tuition.

Journal ads sell themselvesGold pages, half pages and greetings bought online with artwork upload; the artwork deadline reminders go out on their own. The journal coordinator sees sold pages live instead of a folder of emails.
Tributes and RSVPsIn honor or in memory of someone, at the tiers you set, plus RSVPs for families who are coming but not buying — each on the donor's or family's record.
One record for giving and tuitionA journal ad lands next to the family's tuition and Give/Get. After the event, acknowledgments and next year's save-the-date go out on their own.

Academics: planned; no date announced. Attendance, gradebook, report cards, behavioral tracking and homework digests are on the roadmap, not in the product today — your SIS stays, and 613OS runs admissions, tuition, aid, giving and family communication alongside it, with roster sync so both stay current. Also on the roadmap: tuition agreements. Not offered: need analysis, IRS tax-data retrieval and a parent mobile app (the portal works in any phone browser).

A week on 613OS

Sunday to Shabbos, without anyone remembering.

A normal week at a school on 613OS — and what the office didn't have to do.

Sun 8:30 PMParents place the week's lunch orders from the couch and pay at checkout. The kitchen has Monday's exact count before breakfast.
Mon 6:40 AMSnow delay. One tap sends WhatsApp, SMS and email to all 248 families — 98% read.
Mon 8:15 AMThree tuition payments failed overnight. Each family gets a one-tap update link; two are fixed before shacharis ends.
Tue 10:04 AMA mother submits the inquiry form. Reply in four seconds, tour link attached, and a call task on the admissions desk.
Wed 1:20 PMOne sentence to the AI: 24 personalized trip authorization forms sent to the 9th-grade parents, each one e-signable.
Wed 3:45 PMA spot opens in after-school. The waitlist is offered it automatically — claimed in 11 minutes.
Thu 7:30 PMA journal ad sells online. Receipt sent, donor record updated, Give/Get credited, campaign thermometer moves.
Fri 11:48 AMA grandfather WhatsApps asking how to give toward tuition. The AI answers, sends the link and logs the gift to his record. At candle lighting, automated sends go quiet until after havdalah.

Same families. Same office. Same two people running it. The difference is what happens when nobody's watching.

AI assistant

Tell the AI what to do. It handles the rest.

Built by a payments company. Priced like one. We specialize in lowering card rates for 501(c)(3) organizations: schools typically save 30–40% on card fees after we take over the account. Your plan fee is credited back when you process with 613OS Payments — $1 flat ACH, 2.9% + 30¢ cards, $25 returned payment, never a per-family fee. Run your own numbers on the savings calculator.

Every other platform earns more when you spend more. 613OS earns more when you collect more.
We earn on what flows through the platform — that's the whole model. So when enrollment fills, when the dinner beats last year, when fewer tuition payments fail, we do better too. Your school signs its own merchant application and payments are deposited directly to the school's bank account — 613OS never holds your money, and never charges your families. We're not giving away revenue. We're removing the reason you'd say no.
For your whole team

One family record. Four jobs made lighter.

An office of two, a development director, a head of school and a board — each one sees a different piece of the same family record, and each gets a different piece of the work off their plate.

Business office & bookkeeper

The tuition spreadsheet, retired.

Every family's plan, fees, aid award and payment history in one record. Invoices go out on schedule, failed payments fix themselves, QuickBooks Online syncs, and the month closes without reconciling deposits by hand.

Admissions director

Every inquiry followed up.

Every inquiring family on a visual board, tours and farhers booked by the parents, reminders for missing applications, and a task the moment a family stalls — so staff time goes to the conversations that matter.

Development director

Raise more, chase less.

The dinner, journal ads, tributes, Give/Get and scrip on one donor record next to the family's tuition. Acknowledgments go out the same day, the thermometer moves on its own, and the donor who stopped giving is flagged before the campaign, not after.

Head of school & board

Govern with numbers, not anecdotes.

Next year's enrollment, re-enrollment completion, aid committed and collections — current every day, board-ready in one click, and nothing walks out the door when staff change.

How it works

You're configured in days, not months

Zero tech-savviness required. Most school offices aren't IT departments — so we do the setup for you, start to finish. The order is deliberate: the slowest steps belong to outside parties, not to us.

1Onboarding callWe map your workflows, import family and student data by secure upload, and configure your tuition structure, fees and funds — plus the business-texting registration and the merchant application, because they take longest.
2Platform setupBranded portal live, payments connected, tuition plans, admissions stages, aid committee and receipt wording built from your answers — your accountant reviews the receipts before anything goes to families.
3Team trainingLive walkthrough for your office, plus a written SOP and a short how-to video for every feature — most staff independent after 90 minutes. Office first, then families, once the office is comfortable.
4Go liveFirst tuition cycle on autopilot. Texting switches on when the carriers approve your registration; Give/Get stays off unless you switch it on. You watch the dashboard instead of the inbox.

Included with every setup: Live in 3 days* · free data migration · parallel run alongside your current system (FACTS, Gradelink or spreadsheets) through September 2027 — you switch only when the business office's numbers match · no tech skills needed. Your data stays yours throughout: contacts, invoices and payments export to CSV at any time. *Subject to approval.

The problem

Your school runs on 20 disconnected tools

Every vendor is a separate login, bill and headache — and none of them talk to each other. The tuition spreadsheet doesn't know who toured; the dinner platform doesn't know who's on aid.

Questions schools ask

Is 613OS good for a Jewish day school or yeshiva?
It fits a day school or yeshiva with an office of one to three people that wants admissions, tuition, financial aid, Give/Get, the dinner and family communication in one family record, without per-family fees.
How does 613OS compare with FACTS?
FACTS combines tuition management with an SIS and Grant & Aid need assessment, and schools on FACTS typically pass families an annual payment-plan enrollment fee and a card convenience fee, set per school. 613OS charges families nothing. Office is $99/month and Pro is $247/month on an annual plan ($119 and $297 billed monthly); Enterprise is priced on the demo. Process with 613OS Payments and your plan fee is credited back for as long as 613OS Payments is your processor of record for tuition, dues and donations; card and ACH processing fees apply, and the credit ends 30 days after notice if you switch processors. 613OS covers admissions, aid applications, Give/Get and the dinner, but has no SIS and no need analysis. The side-by-side is here.
Do families pay any fees to 613OS?
No. 613OS never charges families. The school pays $1 per bank payment and 2.9% + 30¢ per card payment. If the board wants families to cover the platform, the school can add one technology-fee line to its own tuition contract and keep it. Families on financial aid are exempt by default.
Do we have to switch processors?
No. Office and Pro work with the processor you have today. Process with 613OS Payments and your plan fee is credited back for as long as 613OS Payments is your processor of record for tuition, dues and donations; card and ACH processing fees apply, and the credit ends 30 days after notice if you switch processors. On 613OS Payments, each school signs its own merchant application and payments are deposited directly to the school's bank account.
Does 613OS replace our SIS?
No. 613OS has no gradebook, attendance or report cards. It handles admissions, tuition, aid, giving and family communication alongside your SIS. Attendance and gradebook tools are on our roadmap: planned; no date announced.
Is financial aid information private?
Yes. Aid applications, documents and committee notes are visible only to the staff you name. The committee decides each award, and the office puts it on the family's tuition plan.
What is Give/Get?
An optional giving commitment per family that the school sets, for example a standard amount with a lower amount for families with vouchers. Gifts and qualifying event purchases count toward it, and any shortfall is billed at year end. It is off by default and the school switches it on.
What does messaging cost?
Email is included; texting and WhatsApp are priced per message after carrier approval — we confirm your allowance at onboarding.
